River’s SUPPORT ADVANTAGE program affords agents and associate brokers two levels of affiliation. At the Executive Level, experienced, top producing agents and associate brokers have access to an entire back office of seasoned executive assistants and support staff who have, collectively, processed thousands of residential and commercial transactions. At the Traditional Level, agents and associate brokers access River’s top notch business infrastructure, facilities and systems without back office support.

Some agents prefer to work independently. For those agents, we offer a standard level of support that includes access to our class A office space and state of the art business technology, including: networked PC, desk, conference room access, digital phone system, ability to work remotely (remote access technology) and web-based lead generation system.

Executive Level
Our support program for experienced agents leverages a team approach that allows associates to focus on the business of listing and selling properties. Day to day duties related to managing and maintaining listings, the escrow/closing process and even offer processing/negotiation are supported by a team of executive assistants with a combined 50 plus years back office experience. Support services are bespoke and a la carte—you decide what services you need and how you need them.
