Meet Brian Smith

As a 30+ year resident of Dutchess County and full time REALTOR, no one is more familiar with local inventory or better equipped to help service your real estate needs. I know the importance of honesty, integrity and patience in the real estate business. You wont hear me use manipulative language or 'sales lingo” - the properties tend to sell themselves. During the stressful time of buying or selling your most important assets, I do my best to make it a comfortable and non-threatening process while keeping your best interests in mind. 

My clients’ needs and desires are #1 and I work to eliminate the uncertainty of your real estate experience. I will do this by keeping you up-to-date and well-advised of next steps and options on how to proceed. I will ensure that you receive exemplary service and counsel, advice, guide and coach you as needed. Because I believe in teamwork, I will make sure that I work as part of a strong team that includes you, your attorney, your mortgage professional, my support staff and any others you so designate. 

I have been a full time REALTOR for over ten years and an active member of the Dutchess County Association of Realtors (along with the State and National Realtor Associations). I’m also a member of Mid-Hudson Multiple Listing Service, am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and an Accredited Home-Staging Specialist (AHS). I’m also a recreational pilot and avid sportsman.
